How every Sumora programme is built
Awareness first
We begin by helping you see your current patterns without judgment — where money goes, what triggers spending, where gaps sit.
Design for real life
Every template and tool is shaped around your actual week — not a hypothetical tidy schedule — so habits stick beyond the first month.
Review kindly, adjust often
Regular reflection is built into every programme — not to measure failure, but to find what needs a small adjustment and try again.
Programme 01
Savings Habit Workshop
A single, relaxed workshop on building gentle, repeatable saving routines. You will leave with a small automatic set-aside in place, a named saving goal, and a tracker you can actually use next week — not someday.
The session runs for roughly 3.5 hours on a Saturday morning. Group size is kept to 10–14 people so there is room for real conversation. All materials are provided.
What you will cover
- Understanding where your money goes week to week
- Setting one saving goal using the Goal Jar method
- Designing a small automatic set-aside that fits your paycheck
